SAFETY FIRST

Management's commitment to safety is demonstrated by the fact that more than 140 of our employees have received a 10-hour OSHA Training Certification. Another six employees have earned the 30-hour Training Certification. Needless to say, this enables our team to improve jobsite safety significantly. Since 2003, our EMR rating has been at approximately .90.

Further commitment to safety can be seen in the fact that we have outside consultants who review site conditions monthly. In addition, safety evaluations are part of the performance review of each individual employee. A Substance Abuse Testing program is also part of our commitment to safety.
