CONLEY CASEWORKS

In 1993, Gypsum Systems, Inc. founded its Conley Caseworks Millwork Division to expand our scope and provide support for our carpentry operations. From simple beginnings in a warehouse with a single table saw, this division has since grown into a full-service millwork manufacturer that uses CNC technology and operates out of a 13,000-square-foot shop space with a dedicated staff of 20. In 2003, Conley Caseworks achieved Premium Level Quality Certification from the Architectural Woodwork Institute.

Product and Process

At Conley Caseworks, we produce architectural woodwork, casework and countertops; other interior and exterior millwork components; and finish carpentry to CSI divisions 06200, 06400 and 12300.

Conley product is typically fabricated from solid woods and veneers (raw or shop-finished), plastic laminates, and solid surface materials. Packages sometimes include decorative metals, natural stone, glazing, and acrylics. Millwork can be provided nationally on a furnish-only basis, or installed regionally.
