Anthony Adinolfe, President
Anthony began his career with Gypsum Systems in 1980 as an estimator. Together with a colleague, he purchased the company in 1993 and subsequently became Chief Estimator, overseeing a group of three estimators and two project managers. Today, in addition to serving as President, Tony maintains a "hands on" role in the estimating department.

A graduate of the Center for Entrepreneurial Leadership (CEL) at the University at Buffalo's School of Management, Tony resides in Orchard Park, New York with his wife, LouAnn, and their daughters, Laura & Sara.

Fred Boeheim, Chief Executive Officer
Fred has orchestrated Gypsum Systems, Inc. since the early 1980s. He believes health and happiness are the two most important things in life. Fred's favorite book is Good To Great by Jim Collins, and his favorite movie is Good Will Hunting. Fred states, "Fitness authority Joe Dillon has been the most timely and beneficial speaker I have listened to, and I believe change is good whether you're instituting a new process, or building your own repertoire through learning." He continues, "I'm unbelievably fortunate to be surrounded by great family, friends, employees, and associates."

Mark Mangold, Chief Operating Officer, Vice President
Mark started with Gypsum Systems, Inc. in 1985 as a laborer. Through the years he has held the positions of carpenter, foreman, and superintendent; Mark now oversees all field operations.

A graduate of the University at Buffalo, Mark earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Engineering. He is an active participant in the Vistage International networking association and is a member of the ABC Education Committee. He resides in Cambria, New York with his wife, Suzanne, and their three children. Mark and his family enjoy all four seasons of Western New York by raising and training quarter horses, boating, and snowmobiling.

Charles Rapalje, Chief Financial Officer
Charles began as a purchasing manager for Gypsum Systems, Inc. in the early 1980s. Today, as Chief Administrative Officer, he oversees the company's financial and administrative operations. He is also an active participant in the Vistage International networking association.

Charlie resides in East Aurora, New York with his wife Denise, and their white standard poodle, Ralphie. He is an instrument-rated private pilot and an active member of the Western New York Flying Club. In addition to flying, Charlie enjoys bicycling the 10 miles to work from his home whenever possible.
